Broccoli Raab aka Rapini Seeds

Enjoy the leaves, stems and tiny flower bud clusters tossed in olive oil and garlic and then topped with a little parmesan and dried red pepper flakes. High in vitamins A, C and K and chocked full of potassium, calcium and iron. Flavour is nutty and bitter. If you enjoy arugula chances are you'll enjoy rapini.
