Listatda De Grandia Eggplant Seeds

This little eggplant is a beauty. Tasty oval fruits are bright purple with creamy white stripes and reach 15-20 cm. The skin is quite tender so we don't bother peeling them. The stocky plants are 45-50 tall and are productive even in our zone 5 fields. Said to be an Italian heirloom but we've come across claims of Spanish origin. We are happy to grow it either way.
