This wonderful open-pollinated corn was brought to our attention by our friend Johann Kleinsasser when he showed up at our farm with a handful of raw cobs to sample. They were so sweet and delicious that we ate them raw right on the spot. The flavour is sweet and full of that rich old fashioned corn taste  missing in some of the supersweets. Solid yellow cobs are early to mature and reach 20-25cm (8-10 in). We can thank Alan (Mushroom) Kapuler for this variety. He developed it out of the popular hybrid Golden Jubilee. Tolerates cooler soil than most corn varieties.
