Grow It All Shipping Policy

All listed weights for products are listed to reflect the cost to ship and may not be the actual weight of the product.

All duties, foreign taxes, & import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We suggest contacting local officials to find if there are extra charges that apply to the products that you are ordering.

Shipping within Canada: Charges are as stated on the purchase completion page and are based on the shipping carrier and shipping method service chosen by the customer. Grow It All ships through Canada Post which limits individual shipments to 30kg.  Heavier items are available for in store purchase only.  Grow It All may not certain items that are considered dangerous.

Shipping to the U.S. or International locations are made with the express understanding that the shipment is imported by the customer and the customer bears sole responsibility for obeying all relevant laws in his/her location. The customer agrees to hold harmless Grow it All from damages related to shipments not permitted by the customers location.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed.

All customers information is private and never sold, shared or given to anyone.

All info collected is the minimum info required to ship and process your order

Grow It All does not store any customer’s credit card information.

Delivery methods will be via Canada Post depending on the customers' requirements. Delivery times vary. by method

Cost for shipping varies by product weight and size, and is determined through shippers’ online shipping estimators.
