Provencal Mesclun Mix Seeds

This mix is based on the traditional French recipe for mesclun. It includes chervil, arugula, lettuce and endive and it designed to provide a blend of tastes, colours and textures that satisfy the senses. Harvest using the cut and come again technique and sow every 2-3 weeks to ensure a fresh supply. A treat for the eyes as well as the palate.
